Laurie ensures that Signature’s clients get results through her focus on campaign development, execution, and market discovery. She is responsible for the ongoing coaching and development of our team, as well as for overall account management.Laurie has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience with Fortune 100 companies, most recently leading a division of Shell Oil Company where she was instrumental in increasing market share across multiple channels resulting in multi-million dollar sales growth 5 years in a row.
Shelly Sutphen, Client Development
Shelly wears two hats for Signature – she handles outbound sales engagement for a few of our key clients, identifying new opportunities and connecting them with key executive buyers; and she also develops new client relationships for Signature.Shelly has over 15 years experience executing marketing and sales programs for Fortune 500 organizations, and prior to working with Signature, was a VP of Sales where her sales team consistently exceeded revenue goals. Shelly is also a published author.
Britton Manasco, Client Strategist
Britton consults with our clients to ensure our executive appointment setting produces the business results they are looking to achieve. As an expert in thought leadership, messaging and differentiation, he ensures our clients are being effectively positioned with their prospective clients.Prior to Signature, Britton was a consultant for Prime Resource Group (which specializes in sales performance consulting for companies engaged in a complex sale) and Peppers and Rogers Group (specializing in “one-to-one,” relationship marketing for F500 companies). He has also led his own marketing consulting firm, Manasco Marketing Partners, for the past 10 years.
