Using her sales and account management experience with large employers, insurance companies, and managed care organizations, she launched Signature to help companies selling high-value solutions find new customers more effectively. Tonya has worked with both product and service companies to create pivotal growth opportunities, and under her leadership, her team works with B2B companies across North America and Europe.

Laurie ensures that Signature’s clients get results through her focus on campaign development, execution, and market discovery. She is responsible for the ongoing coaching and development of our team, as well as overall account management. Laurie has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience with Fortune 100 companies, most recently leading a division of Shell Oil where she was instrumental in increasing market share across multiple channels resulting in multi-million dollar sales growth 5 years in a row.
